As we begin to count to the Jamboree the organisers of Red Rose have started issuing copies of the Jamborees newletter.

Red Rose 2010
Summer Scout Camp 2010
Following on from the success of Auchengillan Jamboree 09, we are planning to take some of the Troop to the Red Rose International Jamboree 2010 to be held at the Great Tower Scout Camp in the Lake District between 31st July and 7th August 2010.
Costs will be in the region of £200 per Scout for the week and there will be a requirement for fundraising by ALL those finally attending. Costs include a polo shirt, necker, badge, all activities and food.
This camp is open to both Scouts and Explorers.
Please note that closing dates for the non returnable deposit of £30 for next years RedRose 2010 summer camp is due no later than 3rd November 2009. As I am not organising the camp I have no control over cut off dates. Those not paying the deposit in time will be unable to attend.
